Probably not many people will pay attention to this review since this company has more than 12000 bad reviews, but anyway I will add my experience at the H&M store in Aventura Mall in Miami Florida (Aventura) Like everyone knows most of the stores are offering half of the year sale and H&M is not the exception I was very excited when I arrive at the store this morning and I saw a sign of dress pants for men listed at 9.99, I tried them on and they were ok so I decided to buy them As soon as I get to the cashier the lady scanned the pants but she was charging me $15.99 plus tax around $17.00, when I explained to the cashier that the price were 9.99 not 15.99 she asked the manager but when he came in and I explained the situation he told me that I was incorrect and he will not sell it for 9.99 Fabricio the manager at the store was so rude and even showing him the price he refused to honor the 9.99 price for the pants I believe this manger should be removed from the store, he has no education, no manners and extremely disrespectful I was about to call the police for being so disrespectful I did not purchase the pants but filed a complain with the company I am only hoping this Fabricio manager must be removed immediately form the company since he is not capable to deal with public I am also hoping after I file the complaint with the corporate office some one calls me to address this issue
