Great company with excellent customer service, both online and in store, i found a really nice coat in the shop though it wasn't in my size so i checked online and ordered, the only down side was that they rely on Hermes for shipment, a completely separate company but i have never had good experiences with them, upon them losing my package i went into H&M and they were really helpful and directed me to the online help center, i was given a complete refund for the coat and even though i didn't receive my item i still went away feeling that they had done everything they could have.
