Hello, I visited your store on 4 August 2019 in Lister Gate, Nottingham and was served by a young lady who wore spectacles and had bluish hair. I asked her if H&M provided a student discount to which she answered ‘no’ but suggested an alternative solution by asking me to becoming a ‘H&M Member’. The Sales Assistant immediately took her time to assist me in signing up, talking me through the website i.e. informing me of the various rewards I would receive etc. This enabled me receive a 10% discount whilst I was there. Usually, when I visit a retail store I rarely experience this exceptional service, so this made my day and is the result of a) a positive attitude and b) brilliant staff training. Thank you H&M.
