So apparently a jacket they had in store with a smallish pen mark on the shoulder doesn't class it as 'faulty' and no discount was given. As it's from the flagship exclusive collection and last one in stock I decide to buy it anyway. I then realise that if I want to return the item it may be difficult as it has pen markings on it, so I call customer services to explain and he basically tells me that it's sort of my own problem as I decided to buy it and that returning it could be an issue....if it's a problem to return it due to the pen marks then surely it should have been a problem selling it to me at full price!
...half way down Oxford street I notice a further pen mark on the sleeve of the jacket...but this mark is huge and spreads along the entire sleeve. I'll be trying to return this item to the store and if no refund is given as it's covered in pen marks then I shall be VERY annoyed. What kind of company doesn't class pen stains as faulty!?!?!?! That's just appalling.
