Yeah, it's a great service. There's not much more I could ask for! If I had to think of something it would be to add £5.00 in their (if you haven't already). Also when I had a problem (didn't receive any credit after 30 mins) I went onto Twitter to ask for advice and that was top class support, had it sorted in no time. So you's should tell your customers to tweet at you guys if they ever have any problems. One last thing, do you's really have to charge extra? That's the only thing stopping me buying from you's every time I get!
