The correct parts were delivered on time at a good price - simple.
Delivery was impacted by 1-2 days due to snow - beyond Hobbytronics' reasonable control.
I regularly buy relatively items that have a low total cost which makes P&P disproportionate - a review of policy would be appreciated.
