I cannot recommend them for stress-free car hire, as they seem unwilling to take responsibility for their errors. One of their agents even described them as merely a search engine, further indicating a lack of accountability. Ultimately, the extra charge I incurred exceeded the combined cost of the initial car rental and insurance from Holiday Autos.
