They sold me expensive insurence with Axa, but at the Hertz desk the lady told me this was not valid and I had to pay again for new insurence. Afterwards Holiday Autos told me Hertz was wrong and I didn't need new insurenca, but when I contacted Hertz they said I did need it. So both are pointing at eachother and I can kiss my money goodbye. What a scam artists!!
