These charlatans refused to give me a full refund for a rental cancellation despite on their website stating that if you cancel more than 24 hours in advance that is exactly what you are entitled to.
Despite what it says on their website when you speak to them they claim that it has to be longer than 48 hours notice!
Having said that I gave them over 48 hours notice and I STILL didnt get a full refund!!
I would STRONGLY advise not using this company as they are not honourable and not to be trusted!
