Quite simply, avoid this company at all costs. They are obstructive, unhelpful and devious when obtaining a refund. The refund process on the site is set up to completely frustrate and deter you. There are many more reputable and trustworthy sites out there. Use those for satisfaction. Once again, avoid this company when hiring a car abroad.
