would give zero stars but no option just returned from a 4 night stay in the lake district , accommodation was awful too many issues to list on this review contacted holiday cottages to complain with supporting evidence as soon as i came home over a week ago still no reply
totally agree with another review on this site i sent my negative review to holiday cottages but surprise surprise its not made it on to there website with all there other amazing reviews ??
