I was happy with the price and the flight/hotel were both very convenient. However, 20 minutes after booking online and paying the amount in full, a received a call to say the price had risen by around £90 due to “subject to availability” yet the exact holiday was still online for the exact same price. The lady then “went to talk to her manager” and came back to say she could “award the first price offered” - I just feel like they’re trying to rip people off who don’t realise the price should be fixed. Somewhat disappointing but would probably book with them again….
