I thought I was very pleased with HolidayGems, website was easy to use and the prices were great.
Until an agent called me 2 hours later and said the price had gone up by £16, how? As I had already booked the holiday on the website, only to find out that they are a 3rd party and basically use the same websites that we all use.
It was all sorted out with a phone call though.
