I was very frustrated to find my holiday had increased bu £39pp when I decided to cancel it. However, the manager Stuart took over from my clerk, and the service from him was 5 star plus, he is an exceptionally calm thorough very diligent manager and I continued with my booking ONLY because of him. If I ever set up a travel agency (not likely) I will be poaching him. This was the best service from an individual I have had in my 25 years of booking a holiday with anyone. Give that man a rise.
