Having booked online I was informed a day later that hotel was not available. This is reason for loss of one star. I was busy in the pub when Sam called and called back next day. Sam was efficient and sorted another hotel of my choice. She answered my questions and queries in a friendly manner and was not in a rush to sort out my deal and terminate the call. Good service after a worrying start. Would use Holiday Gem again.
