I had a call from sam today to deliver the bad news that there was a price increase since my booking. I explained that this holiday was funded by a wellbeing carers grant as a sole carer for my mother with cancer and recently diagnosed and rapid deteriorating dementia and father with parkinsons. Sam spoke to her manager whi agreed to waver the increase in cost. Sam was very kind and empathetic throughout conversation.
