Meine erste Bestellung waren 2 Startersets denn mir gefällt vor allem der Gedanke Plastik zu vermeiden und das nicht nur einmal, sondern dauerhaft. Das Refill Konzept hat mich daher sehr angesprochen. Mir gefällt der Auftritt des Unternehmens, die Kundennähe, die Transparenz. Über den Bestell- und Lieferungsprozess wurde ich stetig auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Die Sets kamen schön verpackt bei mir an mit einer für mich wichtigen Anleitung für den ersten Gebrauch.
