Der Kundenservice war herausragend und freundlich. Die Kommunikation mit Euch war super nett und hilfreich!!
Tatsächlich ist etwas schief gelaufen, was aber nicht direkt an Euch, sondern an dem Lieferdienst UPS lag.
Leider ist UPS zumindest in Deutschland nicht sehr zuverlässig, sodass ich normalerweise nchts oder nur sehr ungern bestelle, wenn ich weiß, dass die Lieferung über UPS abgewickelt wird.
Mein einziger Verbsserungsvorschlag wäre also, einen anderen Kurier zu finden.
Denn Eure Produkte möchte ich ungern missen!!
