I placed my first order with Holy (Order #FR539375), and the experience was deeply disappointing.
First, the delivery took 12 days, far beyond the promised timeframe. The order tracking was poor, with little to no clear updates throughout the process.
To make matters worse, my order arrived incomplete, the Hazelnut Milkshake 1 Portion, which my partner was really looking forward to, was missing. Additionally, the box's tab broke upon opening, making the packaging unusable.
For a brand that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction, this experience was far from acceptable. I’ve reached out to customer service for compensation, and I sincerely hope they will address this issue.
Very disappointed. This was my first order, and it might be my last unless significant improvements are made in order management and quality control.
