I called Home Appraisals, Inc. for an appraisal on my condo. You see I live in Jacksonville, FL, but the condo is located in Lauderhill, FL. The Appraiser Joseph was very efficient and professional. He took the time to explain the appraisal process to me and he was open to discuss any concerns I had, not to mention he performed the appraisal in a very timely manner! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an appraisal done!
