Please report them to Trading Standards. Absolutely disgusting. They will lie to you. They will deliberately delay responding to you. The photos on their website and what they actually send to you is completely different. Companies like these shouldn't be allowed to operate. Obviously run by some crooks. This is day time robbery and needs to stop!
