Sent flowers to my niece because her husband died on the 5th of February.
I didn't get to see the flowers because we live 200 miles apart, it wasn't until my sister sent a photo that I realised what poor Quality and quantity they were. I have complained via email but I get almost the same response saying I am not entitled to a refund because I should have complained in the first three day's they have offered me either a £10 gift voucher or £10 credit to use off any future order. I have informed them I won't accepting this because I am not going to order more flowers from this company. Only wish I had read the reviews first..
