Ordered flowers for a friends birthday to be delivered 21.3.24. They did not arrive. Contacted customer services, waited 20 minutes for an answer, agent was curt and unfriendly.Did not seem to believe the flowers had not been delivered. Eventually agreed to resend the flowers on 2.4.24. The flowers did arrive this time but were nothing like the picture on the website and definitely not worth the money paid. I have emailed customer services and the CEO and am waiting on a response from both. I would not recommend ordering flowers from this company. Supermarket flowers are much better quality.
