Ordered the 5 drawer Riano chest of drawers in grey at just after midday and received an email just pre-4pm the same day, confirming the order had been dispatched. I hadn't paid for a quick delivery so was really happy with this. Everything was spot on when the package arrived. All pieces present as per the instructions. At best I'm an average DIY'er but I would the say the instructions for building it are absolutely fine. Yep, you need 2 people as it says, but with a little care and attention you get a great finished product (IMO see photo), I'm really happy with it. There was a tiny problem (which was not a problem caused by anything Home Discount had done) but they quickly sorted it out and overall I'm really happy with the customer service experience from start to finish.
