We ordered two chests of drawers flatpack via Amazon.es. being delivered to Spain. We paid extra for the delivery even though we are Amazon Prime. Also Amazon sent them our money before delivery which normally never happens. Having been told they were on their way, then days later was told they were still in the warehouse. The delivery date kept being put back days later. We kept in touch and then had a notification saying 'they might have been lost'!!! What!! How can two large heavy boxes of chests with tracking numbers have been lost? We've asked for a refund and told we have to wait until they 'investigate'! Today we received an email saying they have tried to deliver multiple times but no-one was here to receive delivery!! A downright lie. One of us has been here for at all times two weeks expecting the delivery to arrive. Also we have a street camera here and no-one from DHL has been here so they are telling lies. This email also stated that they were being returned to your company and we have to wait til then for a refund. What the heck??? We are finding dealing with this company a nightmare and do not need this stress. We only wanted our units. We are struggling to get a refund and all we are getting is lame excuses. Please be wary!!! A very very unhappy customer.
