Efficient person on th end of the phone. It's nice to speak to a real person.
The goods were well packed and arrived safely.
My only quibble is with the delivery service (Parcel Force) from experience they do not deliver here at weekends even if you pay extra for 24 hr delivery.
I used to work in the local post office and even getting them to call and pick up parcels on a Saturday from there was almost impossible. So they are charging you for a service you are not getting. I give your firm 5 stars for service.
