The first tutor got accepted onto a PhD course at Durham University and undertsandably had to leave, it was a shame because he was getting on very well with Jamie. To their credit, home tutors got a replacement lined up straight away who is also a good tutor (although I slightly preferred the first one).
So overall very good, the support is certainly beneficial
