Truly awful company - PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY buying home emergency cover from them - it'll be cheaper just to pay for the work to be done out of your own pocket, given the very little that they actually cover when it comes down to it. I have been left with dangerously large holes right next to a public fottpath - despite one section saying 'REINSTATEMENT Work carried out to make good any surfaces or flooring which has been excavated in order to provide you with assistance. We will fill in any excavation and leave the surface level where we have made access to an external drain or external water supply pipe, however we are not responsible for reinstating floor coverings, fixtures or fittings to their original standards' then later wriggle out of it by saying we do not reinstate.
