Spent a lot of money with Home Hub Group on large windows, upstairs and downstairs, in my new house. The upstairs windows leak and, 3 months later, following a few half-hearted attempts to fix the problem, they still leak and are doing damage to carpets, floorboards etc. Home Hub barely seem bothered about this. I am astonished - I kind of take it as a given that windows keep out the rain. Home Hub seem to see it differently.
