Initial installation was OK eventually after several remedial visits back in 2015 but customer service is now washing their hands after one of my sealed-units failed after 6 years. I have over 34 windows and doors from them so am now worried. Industry standard is 10-year guarantee but lack of paperwork or putting anything in writing means if things go wrong be prepared to be on your own!
