We felt communication was poor because we were not made aware of your full range of products. It was only because we saw the Orolo style windows that we realised there was an alternative to the straight edge finish! This is not meant as a criticism but to remind the staff that they cannot assume the customer knows exactly what is on offer. We would like to add that the staff were always polite and helpful. We must also mention that Andy and Mark were excellent fitters. They were very polite, helpful, clean, efficient and punctual! Top Men!
