We had our survey carried out. All good. When putting in the door, the installer initially found it would only open 45 degrees wide. He put this down to the movement of the house and didn't see this as a situation that could have been foreseen. Expressing our concern he returned the next day and managed to ensure it was relatively in place. A month later one of the rods in the hinges popped out and the door shifted diagonally in it's frame. We contacted yourselves to mend it. Your second workmen took 15 minutes to shift into place and described the issue. He also improved the locking mechanism (we didn't know about this) so that the draught excluders and more tightly in place, reducing the amount of lost heat. Therefore we had one poor and one good experience. Since raising the problem I am more at ease with the service you have enabled.
