Very pleased with how everything was handled, especially when I did not have a lot of knowledge about the product or fitting! James was excellent at explaining it all to me and talking me through my choices. I am delighted with my new doors and have had a lot of positive feedback from all who have seen them. The two fitters were friendly, polite and helpful, also very clean and tidy, with no mess left behind at all. They made sure I knew how to use the new lock before leaving. It also took less time than anticipated. Your company was recommended to me by a neighbour for whom you had done some work last year and now both he and another neighbour have shown interest in you products.
