Excellent with no overt salemanship, clear communications, a good product and a good installation - although I remain slightly irritated by the three silver nails driven through my existing solid oak wooden floor to re-fix the existing end trim down. I think a call to me first to check if okay would have been a more sensible option after - I assume - your installer discovered he had no glue. I'd have also counter sunk then and made a plug with the dust and a bit of glue to hide the screw head. As it is I'm going to have to sort them as it looks ruddy awful with three silver screws sat in an oak floor at funny angles
