After seeing your advert in the local paper we decided to pay a visit like the show room got a quote. Remeasured our windows and then rang up spoke to Scott paid over the phone via visa Still had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it to come. We ordered Georgian like we already had. Windows arrived . Window fitter came that weekend got the last glass which was the middle put two plastic seals in low and behold. The Georgian bars did not line up. So had to pay the fitter for one job and let him go. Rang the office Monday morning early explained the situation they asked if we could send a photo of them which we did. X2 . I sent an email the next day which was the Tuesday morning. And we waited and waited still no phone call as to when they will be delivered. rang up was told that we will be contacted, still nothing. Then I rang up on the Thursday nearly 2 weeks later left a message for josh the M anger rang 9 30 am finally got two speak to him about 5 o/c which I felt was bad management and told him so for which he apologised. After that our window panes have now been delivered this Tuesday 2 weeks after our phone call about the mistake.
