The communication let you down. We had the automatic txts to.confirm fitting date. On actual day of fitting we had a call to advise fitting would be later in the day which was fine. However, we then received a call to advise that actually our door was not in the ware house and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. It is fortunate that the appointment was scheduled on my day off - I was extremely disappointed but at least I had not taken a days annual leave. That aside, the pre sales advise was very comprehensive. The product is exactly what we were looking for and is of excellent quality. The fitters were on time, polite and tidy.
