We had been let down by a builder, were in desperate need of bifold doors, most suppliers were giving an 8 week lead time. Bifold direct arranged the site survey for 3 days after my initial phone call and the doors were booked to be fitted within 3 weeks. They turned up early, did an excellent job, communicated any problems and solved them and were incredibly pleasant. I can't recommend this company highly enough. And the doors look great.
