Homemove provided me with a service to have my house valued by a RIC's certified surveyor. Their 3rd-party sub-contractors badly let them down, but how Sarah Jane and her management supported me was exceptional. I always tell my team that we are never judged or rated by our successes, only by how we deal with problems.
It would have been easy to be angry with Homemove and give a damning review, but because of the way they handled themselves, particularly by Sarah Jane, it's 5/5.
