Homepie staff were very accessible and friendly. Tammy was a calming influence for me throughout the sale of my property. I especially appreciate that she took the time for phone conversations, which really helped clear up any questions that came up. The staff were knowledgeable, gave sound advice, and connected me with a wonderful drone photographer, Ron. I opted for their transaction coordination service, which was reasonably priced. Best of all, I didn't feel I needed to hire a seller's agent, so I saved that commission fee. Homepie makes "For Sale By Owner" very doable. I highly recommend their service!!!
