Ordered bedroom furniture from homes direct but wished I had seen their reviews before making a decision. Not only do they take forever to deliver some of the items, in my case up to 5 months but their managers are rude and arrogant when dealing with customer complaints. An item was delivered faulty and I was given 7 days to return it at my own expense. Was given a partial refund which put me of pocket further. Wrote to their MD but all fell on deaf ears. The worst customer experience I have seen in a long time. Their delivery driver is so impatient to wait for you to inspect the items before signing the paperwork which puts the customer further at risk if there are any issues. Definitely not returning and wouldn't recommend them.
