We ordered £3000 of bedroom furniture in December, it arrived 6 months later in June. This was due them firstly messing up our original delivery date and cancelling it when we asked them not to, then two weeks later our furniture was stolen from the van it was arriving on, (not at all their fault apparently. Try securing your van properly, not parking it in Croydon overnight? It's certainly not our fault). We were given mis-matched furniture on loan (we sold all of ours prior to delivery) until our final delivery of furniture in "early May". We had to chase and chase them on this. It arrived in June. Had we known it would be June we could have cancelled and bought elsewhere (which is exactly what we would have done). We were offered (only because we hassled them) a pathetic £70 in vouchers to use on their website as compensation, 2.5% of our order value!? In previous conversations before delivery compensation was discussed but they wouldn't agree anything and we were led to believe we would be offered more so as not to cancel our order. We never want to have to deal with this appalling company again. Please steer well clear - I really wish I had.
