The site has amazing furniture but my experience was extremely poor. I ordered a TV cabinet in January 2019 and only this week has my order been resolved ( April 2019).
The cabinet took over 8 weeks to be delivered and when I received it, it was damaged. It then took several weeks (5)to get a replacement. Numerous emails from myself to customer services and calls. Lack of communication or a slight discount for the length off time waited of inconvenience.
