I feel validated that I've seen other recent reviews for this company. avoid!!!! When I was sent my delivery info, it had the name Alan on it and was scheduled to go to Scotland… I live in South Yorkshire I emailed 7 times with no response I finally received my order and you would think that’s where the story ends. Randomly after 3 months, another duplicate delivery arrived. No receipt with details on how I can return. I email them every day at least twice a day to tell them to come and collect this order that is sat in my kitchen in the way…. And guess what., No response. worst customer service ever
