Ordered a lamp paid they sent the wrong lamp. I had to parcel it up and request a return label then wait in for a driver to collect it and drop the correct order off . Yes driver turned up with replacement which was also the wrong lamp, again no apology just disinterest said they would send another label out that I again have to parcel up and await pick up . Then offered another lamp I said no I want my money back I have to wait till they recieve wrong lamp back then wait ten days for a refund I have never ever dealt with such an amateur company or staff they lack any customer service or empathy .
