I ordered a TV unit with Homesdirect on 7th March with a verbal confirmation that it would be delivered by the end of the Month. Having heard nothing by the end of March I had to contact them to request an update. I was then informed that delivery would be the end of April. At Mid-April I received an email stating this would now be end of May. After a conversation it was confirmed there was nothing to be done, just to wait. Having had no communication from them I chased up again a week ago for them to give me a completion date of 27th May - great news. However today, a week after the supposed completion date I have heard nothing. This is unacceptable and will cancel if this is not received within a week. I will never be using this company again.
