we had three visits from a gas enineer the first one cleaned the fan in the boiler only to say it mite need replacing the second engineer said the boiler was old and needs replacing arranged a quote for a new one over £3,000 the third engineer observed what was going on with the fault replaced two parts balanced hot water and heating hey presto solved the problem thank you to this local engineer in whitfield
