incredibly bad service , polite on the phone but no communication 1st week no one turned up 2nd week plumber turned up but did not have parts to fix 3rd wee plumber turned up and said he not have parts went to get them cam back installed immersion element then said he needs electrician to wire in waited in and another plumber turned up to say he cant wire in we need an electrician (only 3 wires to the element) 4th week an electrician turned up and wired in was working only for 6 weeks and blown again they said they will open claim again first day they sent electrician not plumber second day didn't turn up 3rd day turned up said dint have parts have to authorize for a heater element then left ! waiting on phone now to hear next bs ! save your money get a professional in rather than these clowns
