Terrible service. Repair engineer came out 1 week and diagnosed plunger problem. Came out 2nd week only to spend 2 and a half hours trying to fit said plunger then spent half hour on the phone then told us our boiler was beyond economic repair. On the coldest night of the year. Recommended boxt boilers to fit new boiler who consequently charged over £1500 for installation then never turned up. Now we are in the process of claiming that money back.
