Absolute charlatans. Been paying them for 17 years. I rang their number, they said I hadn't got the right number. They said they had no record of my boiler, even though they've been here before. Then when I was in the middle of the conversation, the bloke just rang off. They say they record their calls. They can play mine back - they will see I was patient and courteous throughout. No way I'm renewing my policy
