I love the device and I’m currently launching my fitness brand an website during the recent months. However last week I was in a middle of an rmr test and no data was coming up so I had to cancel the apt to reschedule, I let customer support know so I downloaded the files and sent them over and now I’m just waiting to hear back the status. I hope we can get this resolution soon cause I have some clients ready to go but I can’t schedule them until we get it back working. Please let me know
